Ian is mainly interested in providing solutions for interactive web sites. To date, many of the web sites in which he has been involved have been internal ones so there are no links possible to show you examples. However the following are in the public domain:
 
Example 1 A successful, sustainable e-commerce site
 
Not only what you see on the web site was built by ISData Ltd but also the local database to enable the information to be kept up to date.
    We believe that people use the Internet for the information it provides and not as a gallery of the designer's handiwork – so it's wonderful to find a like-minded customer. Together, we were able to build a web site that gives their customers what they want and encourage them to buy using the site instead of mousing away elsewhere.
    Try the St George's Selection for yourself on the site and experience the speed and ease of use.
    The Web site is sustainable: price changes, for example, can arrive one day and be uploaded onto the web site without delay. Also, the catalogue of available music can be built up as and when time permits.
    Orders placed on line are e-mailed to the Shop immediately – and a copy goes to the customer. If a credit card number is included then it is encrypted so there is no security risk.

Example 2 Company Brochure with added interest
 
This site was built in conjuction with the design of the logo and associated letterhead and other graphic design work. (Please see Office Boffin for ideas on letterheads.)
    The copy for this site, supplied by MCA, was taken as the starting point to give the information focus and made easy to digest. The resultant web site is the combined effort of both customer and ISData Ltd to achieve an effective platform on which to promote MCA’s business.

Graphic Design
 

Ian has a keen eye for providing solutions to your communication needs using expertise from over 30 years in graphic design work. The results are well focused and, in the true spirit of graphic design, your message will only be enhanced by the design and the audience will seldom be aware that the design has been created. The most important tool up his sleeve is 'white space,' that is, a cluttered design often kills the message.

    Copy the mdb and bat files to any location on your computer, open the mdb file and press the Command button. Investigate the code behind it all and, if you need help e-mail ISData.
